NetSuite Webservice Login Error

After the enhancements were released for 11.0.0.4, I am now receiving the following error message: com.netledger.dto.v2_0.faults.InvalidSessionFault: SOAPAction http header was "#login" must be login, for login requests.

My SOAPAction header is correctly flagged as 'login', so I don't understand WHY this problem is occuring.

(We connect to the NetSuite webservice using PERL/CGI, specifically the SOAP::Lite module on version 2.0)
