CustomFieldRef - Check Box

I'm trying to update a check box custom field ref but I cannot find the NetSuite object name for a check box customfieldref. 

Examples:
type string = StringCustomFieldRef
type double = DoubleCustomFieldRef
type date = DateCustomFieldRef

Does anyone know the check box type?
