Sales Order XML Responses Not Showing??
One process that we are doing is looking up sales orders via web services. During our testing this morning we are not getting a detailed response when using the our actual Live account. We are getting a response when using our test account.
In the integration and automation usage report (in our Live account) we are seeing a succeeded status of "1" and the number of records equals 1, but we are not getting the details of that order back. When I look at the response doc column in the report there is no view option available. If I perform this same lookup in my test account it works fine and I get the response I expect as well as the response doc is viewable in the integration and automation usage report.
