IntCustomFieldRef Type

IntCustomFieldRef type cannot be recognized for within Visual Studio after a web reference has been added.  It does exists in the sample application that is referencing an older version of the webservice.  The url we are referencing is (https://webservices.netsuite.com/wsdl/v2_0_0/netsuite.wsdl).  Any one have any suggestions on how to add a custom field of type int to a custom record without this type?
