Web services job status page permissions

Hi there,

In the platform guide, it says that I can monitor asynchronous jobs on the Web Services Job Status page at Setup > Import/Export > Web Services Job Status.

Does anyone know which permissions I need in order to access this page?  I've been looking for while and I can't seem to find the relevent one.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
