Standard Fields - Field Validation

I like it that NetSuite validates standard fields (ie. email) to ensure clean data. 

Is there a list of all the standard fields that have validation running on them?  I've looked through the documentation and message boards without any definitive reference.  NetSuite or anyone else have a full list of fields that are validated?

We have forms we have leads etc fill out and I'd like to validate these before we import the info through Web Services.
