accessing inactive records
Is there a way to make inactive records visible to web service?
We have a routine that processes records which occasionally will need to associate records with items or custom records which are no longer considered active. The records are inactive to keep them from view in the UI. However it appears they need to be active in order for web service to see them... is this a role based setting which I can modify to allow the service to view all records regardless of active/inactive status?
