Has Fulfillable Items

I am trying to create a Crystal report in a C# .NET application.  The goal is to return Sales orders that have enough items in inventory to fulfill the sales order.  the Netsuite Report Tool has a boolean field on the Open Sales Item called "Has Fulfillable Items", which I want to reference in webservices, but it doesn't appear to exist under that or a similar name in code.  Is this just a report only field or is it available through webservices?
