Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Duplicate Customer Records
I'm hoping someone can help me with this. I'm sure this will have to do with some scripting and as I have posted earlier, I'm new to scripting especially within NS so anyone with experience who would be willing to help, it would be greatly appreciated.
A few months ago I implemented a way to send customers a link to our webstore without having to log in by using the 4-digit item id number as every item on the webstore is associated with that (i.e. http://www.thatsgreatnews.com/s.nl/it.A/id.8779/.f). This means that the actual item is not attached to any tab or accessible any other way on our webstore except with the specific link. This has been working great but the problem we have run into is that when a customer places an order online it creates another customer record. Currently we have someone in our office who goes through and merges the existing record that has the image file in it along with the newly created customer record from the web sale.
