Attaching Notes to support cases
Hiya,
I am currently trying to add a note to a supportCase record in Netsuite. The code below is sucessful in adding the note (i.e. the isSucess state is returned as true) only the note is not associated with the supportCase i specify with the internal id in the RecordRef type.
RecordRef rt1 = new RecordRef();
rt1.internalId = "28875";
rt1.type = RecordType.supportCase;
rt1.typeSpecified = true;
Note mynote = new Note();
mynote.title = "Daves Note";
mynote.entity = rt1;
mynote.entity.type = RecordType.supportCase;
mynote.entity.typeSpecified = true;
mynote.direction = NoteDirection._incoming;
mynote.directionSpecified = true;
mynote.note = "This is a test of the WS";
