Error Message: The AXIS engine could not find a target service to invoke!

The AXIS engine could not find a target service to invoke!  targetService is NetSuitePort_2_6

We are relatively new to NetSuite web services. We have received this error today.

It appears that this is the error you receive when you do not properly log in. It is a bit different than wsdl 2.5
