Updating SalesRep Field on Opportunity records
Hi,
We are importing Lead, Customer and Opportunity data into NetSuite from an external CSV file (not on V2007 currently).
The issue we see is in trying to update the SalesRep data on these records. While the Lead and Customer object were updated (post import)with the appropriate SalesRep names based on the Territory specifications, the same territory rules didn't apply to the Opportunity records.
In fact during our import, we keep getting this error:
You do not have permissions to set a value for element salesRep due to one of the following reasons: 1) The field is read-only; 2) An associated feature is disabled; 3) The field is vailable either when a record is created or updated, but not in both cases.
