v.2007 IOException

No changes on our side, but as soon as we were moved to v.2007, we are seeing this error when we try to establish a connection to webservices (wsdl v.2.5):

Unhandled Exception: System.Net.WebException: The underlying connection was clos
ed: Could not establish secure channel for SSL/TLS. ---> System.IO.IOException:
Unable to read data from the transport connection. ---> System.IO.IOException: U
nable to read data from the transport connection. ---> System.Net.Sockets.Socket
Exception: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host
   at System.Net.Sockets.Socket.EndReceive(IAsyncResult asyncResult)
