A record with the same unique signatures already exists

I am trying to add the customer record using the webservice. It got added for the first time then I physically deleted the record from the netsuite and tried to add the same record got this error.Where as I am able to add the same record manually. Any reasons why ? I am not sure why it doesn't allow me to add using webservice.
