Adding ItemFulfillment record fails after 2007.1 upgrade

Perhaps it has nothing to do with us being upgraded to 2007.1 on Friday, but we can no longer create ItemFulfillment records for SalesOrder records through the web service. Our attempts fail with the following error:

ERROR: INSUFFICIENT_PERMISSION - You do not have permissions to set a value for element entity due to one of the following reasons: 1) The field is read-only; 2) An associated feature is disabled; 3) The field is available either when a record is created or updated, but not in both cases.

This was working fine as of Friday afternoon, and we have not made any changes to our transaction forms. Would the
