HELP! Something change in Get_Items!

This is an urgent problem for us: We do a nightly download of the Netsuite Item table to use in  our custom web app.  Last night, all of a sudden, we are unable to see the parent item (or item group) that the items belong to.

Did something change?  We use this group to apply certain pricing characteristics (discounts) and so, all of a sudden, the grouped items are no longer getting the discount!

Please help - this is a show stopper!
