Next year, my company is going to work to improve our brand awareness. To help measure how effective we are at doing this, we will be running a number of customer surveys and polls to collect some key data.

Netsuite does allow us to do some very basic survey/polling, but it is very limited. Not a complaint, just a fact.

I've been using a 3rd party tool that keeps all of the data in a SQL database, keyed to survey, contact and a number of other criteria. With web services, is it possible to:
