Serialized Assembly Serial Numbers

Hi,

I sent an email to someone at NetSuite and haven't heard anything yet and thought I would ask the question here as some of you may know the answer.

here is a snippet of the email I sent:

Anyway,  my question is simple (and one you’ve discussed with me on the phone  before).
From  the sneak peek doc I see this statement:
