Getting Members of a Dynamic Entity Group

I am attempting use web services to get the members of a dynamic group.

I am able to get the EntityGroup record by searching using the EntityGroupSearch and I have been able get the the members of a non-dynamic group by searching for customers and matching the "group" field.

I found a reference to GroupMemberSearchBasic but I have not managed to figure out how it should be used to get the members of a dynamic group.

Any help would be appreciated.
