Web Services order import - Item Description missing
We are trying to implement a new process that will let us import orders transmitted to us via EDI by using Web Services. The main problem we are encountering is the Item Description does not appear in the NetSuite Sales Order. The Item Number appears, but not the associated Description.
When I manually enter a Sales Order, I select the Item Number and the Description field populates automatically. Does anyone know how I can get the Description field to populate on orders entered via Web Services?
