using Get operation with parent/child custom records

Hi All,

If i am to use the get operation on my "Network" custom record (which is the parent CR) will this return me the list of child records associated with it?

Obviously the alternative is to do a search on the child records and specify the related "Network" parent record as a criteria.

I'd prefer the get operation if possible.
