Asynchronous Queue Stopped

Hello,

Our Asynchronous Queue has stopped. It hasn't shifted since 08:50 it is now 10:20.

As usual support are next to useless.

He WebExed me and told me to clear my browser cache!

I have a case number. Yippee.

Anybody else experiencing this?
