package fulfillment Problems

I'm creating a package fulfillment and having a bit of a problem. Last week, I had this bit of code that would create the fulfillment, add the weight, and Tracking Number (UPS) to the package and save it. Now, I added a variable as the weight and trknumbers and it no longer works... I'm reallllly confused.

The code is still in the program, but not in the SOAP. the following is the code and soap, respectively:
