Adding Messages (Email)
Hi,
Been battling with this for a while. How do I associate a message with a Support Case (internal id) or an Opportunity (internal id)?
I seem to have gotten the saving messages to contacts right, but I think I am a bit confused with regards to what a recipient and author means in Netsuite. I imagine the author to be the person who sent the email, and that I as the person receiving the email, am the recipient. Where do I set the message parent?
So lets say in .NET I create a new instance of the message object, how do I ADD it to Support Case with internal id = xxx?
