Webservices - Need Help Please (Newbie)

Hi All Netsuite Users,

I am currently trying to get my head around C# and Webservices.

I am stuck in 2 areas.

1) I am trying to search a custom record and within that a custom field that is of type List/Record.
How do I search the List/Record on this custom record to check for a certain value and return results based upon that?

2) How do I put the results from this search into a datagrid?
