java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException

Hello- I posted this in one other thread, but is anyone getting the following error in Web Services: java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException ?
We are using a C# homegrown app that is timing out with the above error. I called NS on it, but they show nothing on the backend. The app reads a spreadsheet (.xls) and uploads the items and quantities to a new sales order. We often get large orders that would take too long to enter by hand.

As of Monday (Version 2008) it has been timing out- twice at around 125 items, then at 241 items.
