shipdate in sales order showing wrong date

hello,

Anyone can help me with setting ship date in sales order and invoice.
We entered orders on 2008-06-17 and shipped on same day. But,
when I did the transaction search through web servicesthe shipped date is showing as 2008-06-16:
<ns3:createdDate>2008-06-17T07:13:00.000-07:00</ns3:createdDate>
<ns3:shipDate>2008-06-16T21:00:00.000-07:00</ns3:shipDate>
Our time zone in company info and user info is
(GMT-05:00) Esatern Time(US & Canada).
