2008_1 never worked for my account, and 2008_2 is off to a bad start

invalid Credentials Fault
UNEXPECTED_ERROR

Trying to login.  Using the same exact code that works in the 2_6 wsdl (the one I've been stuck on)

I reviewed the release notes and don't see that anything is different and the example code looks just like my code.

Here is the SOAP
