Shopping Catalog from the WSDL?

Does anyone have an example of a shopping cart using the wsdl?
Or code samples? Just something spitting out the categories or products. (We're a c# shop, but anything would be helpful.)

We're new to netsuite but management wants 'shopping carts built using netsuite back end'. They've given me a binder on building netsuit shopping carts, but I can't find anything using webservices in there.
