Asynchronous queue stuck at Pending
Hello,
We send a lot data down the asynchronous web services queue. When I view the queue jobs get stuck a Pending for a long time.
We upgraded to a dedicated database in the hope that this would stop happening. It clearly hasn't.
I am speaking to support, who yet again i have to expain what asynchronous web services are. I don't understand why i have to choose "5" on the telephone menu to be put through to somebody who hasn't a clue about suiteflex or web services. I guess its my fault for working 9-5 GMT!;)
This is all very frustrating. Any body out there know whats going on?
