CustomerSearchBasic not responding!

I have been using a customersearchbasic everyday for the last 6 months in a scheduled service that we have run. all of a sudden these searches have been non-responsive. has anyone else shared this experience? anyone from netsuite have an explaination? or a timetable of when this will be fixed? thanks.
