Intelligent Payment Automation, powered by BILL (aka Bill.com), lets you automate payments, manage vendor details, and bank account information within NetSuite.
The SuiteApp is available to organizations based in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address, or to global customers (except Canada, China, and Japan) with U.S. business subsidiaries. It only supports payments to vendors operating in the United States.

Updating Sales Orders
Hi,
I am starting this thread purely to air my frustration and try and get some alternative views.
I am updating Sales Order via web services. We have a number of items that have units of 100s (i.e. we buy them in packs of 500, then stock and sell them in packs of 100).
We have two issues:
1. The sales order update from web services will sometimes have an error, complaining of minimum quantity.
2. The default units for some items are incorrectly set to Each.
This has been a problem for us ever since we were upgraded to 2008.1.
I have an issue open with NetSuite support, but it is of severity S2. Apparently wasting time, being ineffecient and worst of all losing money does not warrant any higher severity than that.
