getCreatedDate is 2 hours off? (java)
In reading itemFulfillments through web services the createdDate for any fulfillment is 2 hours earlier than the date shown in the UI. My server is in central time, but I don't see how that would affect it.
The following example should return a date of 2008-07-31 08:19:00
not 2008-07-31 06:19:00.
