Price Level when order added via Web Services

Some of our Sales Orders get added to NetSuite via Web Services.  Our customer transmits their order via EDI to 3rd party provider, who then forwards it on to NetSuite via Web Services.  The customer includes their expected purchase price in their EDI order, and that price is included in the Web Services interface.  The problem we have is with the Price Level description.  The customer is sending a price which corresponds to Price Level "Wholesale 09" but the Price Level description in the Sales Order shows "Base Price".  The price sent by the customer and loaded in the Sales
