SSOUrl.java as C# .NET script?

I'm looking to see if anyone has re-written the SSOUrl.java file in C#. My website uses IIS and not Tomcat or any Unix based server, so the .java file supplied in the SSO zip file will not work.

I need to get a C# or VB.NET (so i can translate) version of this file. Can anyone help?
