Using Web Services to import New time Records

I need to create a Web Service to import time records.  I have followed instructs that I found within Netsuite help docs.  I'm using Visual Studio 2005 and have successfully added web references and generated the classes. 

Was wondering if anyone out there has done this before (inserted time records) and what if any "gotchas" should I watch out for. 

I have not built a .NET web service before and would appreciate any suggestions/guidance.
