Web Services Error with v.2008.2

upon upgrading to version 2008.2 a web service we are using began returing the following error:

Web service soap exception caught.  Error:System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: An unexpected error occurred. Error ID: fkutj9zv1xukvmnsp09oq

   at System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapHttpClientProtocol.ReadResponse(SoapClientMessage message, WebResponse response, Stream responseStream, Boolean asyncCall)

   at System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapHttpClientProtocol.Invoke(String methodName, Object[] parameters)


The web service is used to import journal entries into NetSuite.  Does anyone have any suggestions on what the source of this error is?
