What we required to connect Configuration Server

Dear All,

I have a doubt on Web Services.
Here is my requirement. i have a comfiguration Server in some place. i need to connect that server through NetSuite. and need to get updates from that configuration server & update them in NetSuite.
So i would like to know what i need requirements from Configuration server to connect it through NetSuite.
I ma thinking 3 options to connect it, but i am not sure what i need to expect from the server for the below 3 options.
Web Services
ODBC Connection
CSV Import.

Can you some one please help me on this?.
