Web services integration not brining in correct prices

I'm wondering if anyone can help on a strange problem we're encountering.  We use a 3rd party integrator to import Amazon orders into Netsuite through web services.  Since the recent upgrade, however, it's not bringing in the prices from Amazon, but the prices are being reset to the default Netsuite price.  Our integrator says it looks like there's some setting in Netsuite that must be resetting these, since he didn't change anything on his end.

Anyone heard of this?  If so, how do you fix it?
