Deleting employee record?

Hi,

I am trying to delete to delete an employee record using web services but with nom luck. I have no problem in adding employee records.

the code i am using to delete a record is the following:-

     NetSuiteService nss = new NetSuiteService();                Employee emp = new Employee();              emp.internalId = "398942";              WriteResponse response1 = nss.delete(emp);   

Its failing on the last line.

Error is:

 The best overloaded method match for 'NetsuiteClient.SandboxNetsuite.NetSuiteService.delete(NetsuiteClient.SandboxNetsuite.BaseRef)' has some invalid arguments 

Any guidance would be great
