Need to add new customer as child of existing customer
The ID I see in the relationships/customers list is the one I assume I use...
Lets say Parent CO Inc has ID shown as 123
When adding the new customer info should this code related to parent do the trick?
Dim oParent As New Netsuite.RecordRef
oCustomer.parent = oParent
oCustomer.parent.externalId = "123"
It doesn't seem to work - customer gets added but not as child of defined parent. When I change the above externalID to InternalID I get an error:
