getCustomization timing out
I've got an open case 835911 but the NS staff seems to be stumped. Thought I'd do some digging of my own.
On Feb 4, our calls to getCustomization to fetch the list of custom fields for customers started timing out. We receive "SOAP error - SSL: Connection reset by peer" after 370 seconds. Prior to Feb 4, this call had been working fine. We didn't change any of the code that makes that call so we're pretty sure this is a NS server side issue.
The integration report shows the request XML and a proper response XML - with a duration of 884 seconds. Of course, by that time, the SSL connection had been reset by the NS server so the response XML made it back to us.
