Possible to Mass Add Items w/ PromotionCodeItemsList?

2008.2's added Promotion Code to the listMkt XSD section of SuiteTalk. My question: is it possible to add a bunch of items via SuiteTalk using PromotionCodeItemsList? I don't want to start researching *how* to do it if it isn't even possible. Thanks!
