PO versioning
We are importing POs from a thridparty system. That system allows for versioning of the POs. My accounting team would like versioned POs to be brought into NetSuite as a new PO with a hyphenated version number i.e. 6509-1. They would like the old PO (6509) to be closed but not deleted so they can compare the changes.
So is this the best approach? I could not find any versioning tips in the documentation.
Also how do I close the old PO? I tried closing each item in the PO but I get insufficient permissions.
