Retrieving a list of Support Issues, Origins, etc
Hello,
I have a need for users to be able to select from our list of case issues, origins, and priorities via webservices. I just need to retrieve the name and internal id of all support case issues, origins, and priorities so that users can select them to create or update existing cases.
Problem is, I can't figure out how to search for or return this list. Does anyone have any examples of returning a list like this?
I'm using PHP with the NetSuite PHP Toolkit, but if anyone has a Java example, or even a SOAP example, I think I can figure it out from there.
