PO upload with multiple line items through .csv file

Hi,

We are trying to upload purchase orders with multiple line items using web services (.net) but it is creating new record for each line item (we are giving .csv file as an input).

We are also facing problem for searching existing PO in the system (using PO number i.e. external id) and we unable to add new line item in the existing PO as well.

Please let me know if somebody can help me on this.
