Consume Web Services using SuiteScript from Extern application

Hi,
I am quite new to netsuite, but i am familiar with web services..
i need to extract the customer data from netsuite,using  suitescript from my application.IS Ui session be established using suitescript with html???
My application is Externel and is not hosted in netsuite website.
from my application is it possible to  to extrat the data using suitescript API???
please answer my quesry....
