SupportCaseSearchAdvanced, fails when calling saved search
Hi,
I'm trying to run a SupportCaseSearchAdvanced. Not entirely sure what i'm doing so i've lifted an example code out of the userguide and amended it below for a support case search which I have created.
// create search object SupportCaseSearchAdvanced supportCaseSearch = new SupportCaseSearchAdvanced(); //set saved search id supportCaseSearch.savedSearchId = "131"; // perform the search NetSuiteService nss = new NetSuiteService(); SearchResult result = nss.search(supportCaseSearch); return result;
However I get the following error on the following line:
SearchResult result = nss.search(supportCaseSearch);
Error Message:
"Your connection has timed out. Please log in again."
Is this the correct code to call a saved search?
