Saved Search on Custom Records from C#.net

I have created a custom record<internal id 20>, and also i have created a saved search<internal id 18> for that.
saved search vaing a filter where i can enter zip code so that it will filter the states....

Now, i am trying to access this saved search in c#.net code.
it returning success invocation to netsuite webservice web method search, but returning nothing.

Please advise me on how to how to get the saved search results in my code.

find the code below:

CustomRecordSearchAdvanced csal = new CustomRecordSearchAdvanced();
            csal.savedSearchId = "18";  //substitute your own saved search internal ID
