WS Connection failing

I need Help from you guys. I am new NS user trying to use NS WS for integration purposes and facing problem while connecting. For the sake of completeness
1) I am using Axis 1.4 with NS patch
2) I am using 2009.1 end point
3) I have WS features enabled for my company account
4) My Account has been added to the WS user lists with full Access
5) I am able to login on the website using my credentials.

Here is the stack trace:
